Description

Conduct training sessions aligned with the regional training roadmap. Coordinate with Sales Academy and Regional Development teams to ensure training plans are executed effectively. Develop and implement strategies, projects, and events that support sales force activation and engagement Maintain strong collaboration with Sales Academy, BDMs, and BDSs to ensure high-quality training delivery. Ensure training modules comply with regional and regulatory standards. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics Qualifications: Min. Bachelor Degree Min. 3-5 years working experience as trainer (more advantage from insurance background) Advance in presentation skill and computer skill
