ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Regional Trainer – Social Care to join our team. Covering services across West Sussex, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to staff teams, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide exceptional care and support.
As part of this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions that reflect current best practice and meet regulatory standards. Your input will directly impact the quality of care delivered and the professional development of our workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver engaging, interactive, and informative training sessions for social care staff.
  • Support the induction and ongoing development of care workers across West Sussex.
  • Ensure all training aligns with regulatory requirements, sector standards, and organisational policies.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve delivery.
  • Travel across regional services to deliver training in-person (mileage reimbursed).
  • Keep training content up to date with changes in legislation, guidance, and best practice.
