Cedars Preschool is a part of O2B Early Education, a GROWING education company. We are currently looking for a regional trainer for our South Atlanta region. The ideal candidate would love to work in a positive environment, help coach others, and have opportunities for growth. Responsibilities and Duties Provide training for O2B University - some evenings and weekends each month will be required Meet with corporate trainer to determine training needs at each center Conduct initial training for new employees Help coach within each classroom on topics such as classroom management or classroom arrangement Help ensure profitability, but focusing on staff training and morale Ability to work with several locations and staff Implement O2B Education standards, as well as train and maintain licensing requirements *Please feel free to request a full job description Want to learn more about Cedars Preschool?
