Organizational Context and Scope The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Health Assessment Programme (HAP) delivers large-scale migration health assessments globally, including tuberculosis (TB) screening, diagnosis, referral, and treatment in line with receiving country technical instructions and global standards. Asia represents one of the highest TB-burden regions globally, with complex cross-border mobility, large migrant and refugee populations, and diverse national TB programme (NTP) capacities. The Regional Tuberculosis Coordinator for Asia provides senior clinical, technical, and strategic leadership on TB-related matters across HAP operations and at the interface with broader migration and public health activities. The position strengthens clinical governance, evidence-based practice, system efficiency, and ethical standards in TB management for migrants and refugees, while supporting programme development, partnerships, and resource mobilization. Under the overall supervision of the Programme Coordinator (Global Health Assessment) and direct supervision of Regional Health Assessment Programme Coordinator, and in close coordination with Migration Health Division Headqu, the Regional TB Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
