We’re seeking a Category Sales Manager to drive regional sales, support key accounts, and elevate our sports field product offerings. This is a strategic role with a strong focus on customer education, consultative selling, and collaboration with internal teams. What You’ll Do: Sales & Business Development Manage 10–20 key accounts and grow revenue across your region. Develop seasonal sales plans and product forecasts. Recommend agronomic and sports field solutions tailored to customer needs. Support branches with customer visits, product displays, and promotions. Leadership & Training Educate branch staff and customers on sports field products and best practices. Represent the company at industry events and regional organizations. Collaborate with Divisional and Regional Managers on strategy and service. Operations & Strategy Ensure product availability through accurate forecasting and inventory planning. Submit activity and performance reports to leadership. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and strategic solutions. Professional Development Participate in ongoing training through Ewing University and development plans. Stay current with industry trends and maintain a professional social media presence. Senior Level - 5 Years or More in the Turf & Ornamental Category Experience. Experience in Sports Field category is preferred Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage an assigned market. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the market.
