Join our team as a Turf Products Category Sales Manager and help clients achieve vibrant, healthy landscapes through science-backed solutions and exceptional service. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for turf and ornamental clients, including golf courses, sports fields, municipalities, and commercial properties. Provide expert guidance on product selection, application timing, and integrated pest management strategies. Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue goals. Conduct site visits, diagnose plant health issues, and recommend tailored solutions. Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, responsiveness, and results. Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in turfgrass management, horticulture, agronomy, or a related field. Senior Level - 5 Years or More Turf and Ornamental Agronomics Category Experience. Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage an assigned market. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the market.
