Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria’s courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Venue Manager is an exciting role offering you the ability to lead people in a front-line service delivery environment at the new Wyndham Law Courts facility.
You will manage the staff and infrastructure resources needed for hearing and customer service operations at the venue.
If you like to work within a diverse and fast paced environment, enjoy liaising with a wide range of people and have a passion for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, this role is for you!
This role offers you the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and proactively provide management support including training and professional development for staff, managing hearings, facilitating dispute resolution between parties, be responsible for resource management, demonstrate data collection and insight skills and have the responsibility to exercise delegated functions subject to the direction of the Principal Registrar.
The role also presents a unique opportunity to travel between venues, as required and take a lead role in a crucial service provided to local communities.
