We’re now inviting an experienced and passionate veterinarian to step into the role of Regional Clinical Director across our Brisbane east region. You’ll be part of a national team of Regional Clinical Directors who, along with our Chief Veterinary Officer, share a deep commitment to the veterinary profession and its future. Your Impact As a Regional Clinical Director, you’ll be at the forefront of clinical excellence - working hands-on with veterinary teams, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You’ll receive ongoing support and training in leadership, systems implementation, and change management, including access to development programs such as the Lincoln Institute Leading Edge course. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple clinics. Collaborate closely with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships. Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care. Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
