JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Vice President is responsible for providing management and oversight, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at all times. You will collaborate with all senior leadership in order to meet the company’s objectives in addition to having a passion for success and a proven record of successful strategic planning and implementation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related area required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years significant experience in the industry; leadership or management experience is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outstanding management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership.
• Fiscal management experience.
• Ability to effectively delegate and maintain a “big picture” strategic view.
• Have the ability to translate policies into daily routine operations.
• Self-assured, confident and goal-oriented.

• Participate in the hiring and training of new team members
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required
• Lead status update meetings
• Oversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
• Manage budget and production agenda
• Be responsible for overall successful operation of the team
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team
• Report directly to senior management
• Delegate responsibilities to subordinates and provide guidance and direction
• Liaise between other members of the leadership team and subordinates
• Evaluate subordinates, providing constructive feedback
• Manage employee concerns through collaboration with HR
• Contribute to the maximization of efficiency and productivity
• Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends
• All other duties as assigned.
