We are looking for a driven and strategic Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales to grow and lead our US Central Enterprise sales team.
In this role, you will own the entire sales process and lead a high-impact team of Enterprise Account Executives. You’ll be responsible for achieving stretch revenue goals, coaching and fostering sales talent, and delivering outstanding results through strong leadership, data-driven insights, and rigorous sales execution.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales quotas.
  • You’ll take ownership of the sales process, developing and implementing best practices to maximize performance and achieve our revenue targets.
  • You’ll build a transparent KPI framework and leverage tools like Salesforce and Clari to monitor team performance, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions.
  • You’ll be passionate about recruiting, retaining, and developing top-tier sales talent, building an internal pipeline of future leaders.
  • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including revenue operations, marketing, and field engineering, to execute against the GTM strategy.
