POSITION OBJECTIVE

Overall responsibility for establishing Advenir Azora’s lease-up division and procedures for all new build communities. Responsible for achieving lease-up performance through stabilization as defined by each asset’s lease-up Proforma. Supervise all core business processes, including but not limited to, overseeing the physical asset, leasing, resident relations, marketing and maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, vendor relations, recruitment, and team member development.
Provide reliable and friendly service to our customers by performing all responsibilities with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Our customers include residents, team members, vendors, and investors.

• Complete all additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as determined by your supervisor.
• During site visits, confirm that the entire team is groomed professionally and dressed according to Advenir Azora’s Guidelines, including name tags. Verify that all service team members wear a safety belt and have protective eyewear available at all times.
• During site visits, ensure that the leasing office has a professional image and that all desks and work areas are clean, organized and free of clutter.
• Maintain relationships with residents, team members, and vendors on a professional business always. Communicate effectively using oral and written communication.
• Ability to travel regularly and perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to ability to walk property, climb up to 4 flights of stairs, complete physical inspections of the property/apartments and drive a vehicle.
