We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead commercial growth across one of the fastest-growing orthopaedic platforms in the Southeast. This is a senior executive role designed for a proven healthcare growth leader who thrives in high-performance, metrics-driven environments and possesses the vision and discipline to scale a best-in-class orthopaedic platform. The Regional VP of Business Development will own market share expansion, referral dominance, and de novo growth across nine clinic locations and one ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Metro Atlanta, while supporting near-term geographic expansion into Macon and adjacent Southeast growth corridors. The platform is supported by 2 spine surgeons, 2 general orthopaedic surgeons, 1 PM&R physician, and 8 advanced practice providers, serving both insured and underserved uninsured and underinsured patient populations. This position operates in a roll-up environment requiring urgency, accountability, and the ability to build repeatable, scalable growth playbooks across multiple markets. The Regional VP will also collaborate regularly with RVP counterparts in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina to align and amplify cross-regional growth efforts. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Own and drive regional growth targets across all locations, with a focus on increasing patient volume, surgical case volume, and ancillary revenue. Build and execute a scalable market growth strategy across Metro Atlanta while leading the launch and development of new markets, beginning with Macon. Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to identify whitespace opportunities for de novo clinic openings, imaging center development, and ASC case growth. Referral Network Dominance — Personal Injury Focus Establish, cultivate, and deepen strategic relationships with personal injury attorneys, case managers, and high-value referral sources. Position the platform as the preferred orthopaedic partner for personal injury care, with an emphasis on exceptional access, superior clinical outcomes, and speed to treatment. Drive expanded penetration within underserved and underinsured patient populations across all markets. Imaging & Ancillary Service Line Growth Lead the commercialization strategy for MRI and advanced imaging services across multiple clinic locations. Drive utilization of in-house imaging capabilities to enhance care coordination, improve patient throughput, and capture ancillary revenue. Partner closely with operations leadership to ensure imaging assets are fully leveraged across provider schedules and referral channels. Team Leadership & Performance Management Directly manage and develop a team of five business development representatives. Implement a structured operating cadence inclusive of KPI dashboards, pipeline management tools, and weekly accountability rhythms. Provide hands-on field coaching, territory optimization guidance, and performance management to maximize team effectiveness and regional output. Physician & Operational Alignment Align closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure all growth initiatives are matched to clinical capacity, provider availability, and specialty focus areas, including spine, orthopaedics, and PM&R. Partner with operations leadership to optimize patient access, intake conversion rates, and surgical scheduling efficiency. Support ASC growth through targeted case-development strategies and block-utilization optimization. Data-Driven Execution Collaborate with Trinity Medical Management's data-centric growth infrastructure to track referral patterns, conversion rates, and ROI on all business development activities. Deliver regular reporting and strategic insights to the Chief Growth Officer and executive leadership team. Continuously refine go-to-market strategies based on real-time performance data and evolving market dynamics. Requirements Required 10 or more years of healthcare business development experience, including demonstrated leadership of multi-site growth initiatives Proven track record of success in high-growth, performance-driven healthcare environments Deep experience with referral-based healthcare models, specifically in personal injury, workers' compensation, or specialty care settings Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale field-based sales and business development teams Strong working knowledge of orthopaedics, spine surgery, PM&R, or musculoskeletal (MSK) care delivery models Highly Preferred Experience launching or scaling imaging service lines, including MRI and advanced diagnostics Existing professional relationships within the Metro Atlanta personal injury and legal ecosystem Proven experience with de novo market expansion into secondary or tertiary markets, such as Macon or similar growth corridors Familiarity with ASC growth strategies and outpatient migration trends in the orthopaedic and spine space Core Competencies Builder Mindset with Execution Discipline — Approaches every market as an opportunity to construct scalable, sustainable growth infrastructure.
