Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or equivalent work experience 15+ years in property management with strong marketing or managerial expertise. Lease-up expertise required, with experience in various property types (workforce housing, rehab/renovations, distressed/turnaround). Strong asset management analysis and Excel proficiency required. CPM, RPA, or CSM designation (or in progress). Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel to execute investment strategies.
