  • The territory for this position will be located in the North East. Employment is contingent upon successful completion & passing of a pre-employment background check, credit check, drug screening, and MVR.*
    Position Summary: This role is responsible for driving net new revenue within the Senior Living Industry by identifying and closing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and executing targeted marketing initiatives to achieve revenue growth and quota attainment. With a strong focus on total customer satisfaction, this position will also proactively manage existing client relationships, overseeing day-to-day interactions while identifying opportunities to expand customer spending. Additionally, the role includes executing new opportunity identification, upselling strategies, renewal management, and resolving customer concerns to ensure long-term success.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong background and knowledge of strategic account management along with experience in the sales process and solution selling
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of related experience in direct sales for a services-based industry or equivalent
  • Successful completion of on-the-job training

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Requires alternating between sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Includes prolonged desk work and computer use when not traveling.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires up to 75% travel with a flexible schedule.
  • Requires frequent travel, including some nights and weekends.
  • May involve extended hours or on-call.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and maintain eligibility for the company auto policy.
