*This is an individual contributor role ideal for a true sales hunter - you’ll be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.*   Stream Companies is an award-winning automotive integrated advertising digital marketing company.  We have been doing this since 1996 and our team is providing high-tech and high-touch solutions for thousands of our clients.   Most digital marketing agencies have a claim to fame of being a google partner, yes, we have that, but we also have multiple software offerings to give our clients a huge competitive advantage over every other provider out there.  We specialize in the full suite of SEO and SEM offerings, being a full-service integrated agency, and complete media production including TV and radio ad creation and placement.    The RVP of Sales will help to grow the Stream Companies book of business for Tier 3 Automotive Dealerships.  We are providing them with Proprietary Software Solutions, Paid Search, Agency of Record and Content Marketing.  We are looking for someone special that can join us and think differently to close deals. It’s your responsibility to put these products in front of as many people working at car dealerships as you can.   Essential Responsibilities: * Execute an individual marketing and outreach plan focused on driving new business opportunities. * Proactively identify, research, and pursue new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and industry engagement. * Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools and market insights to track progress. * Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company objectives and client needs. * Participate in the development of the company’s strategic marketing and sales initiatives, providing input based on field insights and client feedback. * Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goals related to prospecting, engagement, and revenue generation.   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-cycle sales capacity, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business. * Retail auto experience or dealership vendor/supplier experience * Willingness to travel on request   Skills & Experience: * Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills * Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach * Good with using social media as a way of putting our message in front of decision makers * Comfortable making calls to get potential businesses interested in what we have to offer * Proficient with Microsoft Suite
