Reporting to the President and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), as the Regional Vice President and Head of Regional Distribution (hereinafter referred to as “RVP”) you will develop and lead FCT’s sales strategy, priorities and objectives in your region. You will focus on the continuous improvement of the company’s business model to maximize revenue and productivity. Working with the divisions and other internal stakeholders, you will support the launch and management of new products and services to meet revenue goals through effective sales execution.
Externally, you will be the “face of FCT” in your region. You will maintain relationships with all key stakeholders in the region including law societies, associations, government entities and customers. You will establish key long-term relationships with customers and business partners that enhance revenue generation, diversification, profitability, brand and market position. You will ensure that region specific opportunities are escalated and actioned. You will be the key contact for any issues that affect the region and ensure that relevant information is communicated back to impacted parties across the company. You will also be the regional support for the local office and ensure regular contact with those employees.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular touchpoints with all regional office employees (minimum one visit per quarter).
  • Promote employee engagement and ensure that you have your finger on the pulse of the office and are accessible to support those employees.
