Job Details The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales. This position is responsible for managing the relationships and partnerships with brokers in the health insurance industry, specific to self-funded plans. The ideal candidate for this position must be a self-motivated leader focused on bringing new revenue to the organization. HealthEZ is an exciting place to work with ample opportunity for professional growth! What You'll Do: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the quoting and selling process. Establish, maintain, and develop strong business relationships with brokers, general agents, and carriers. Partner with Account management in retention of current business through Risk/financial aspects. Exam and review insurance proposals. Issue quotes and negotiating the terms with brokers and general agents. Assist the broker or general agent in the selling process either on the phone or in person. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Must have the ability to travel to meet brokers, general agents, and carriers as needed. Track sales goals and reporting on quarterly and annual reports, loss ratios, turnaround times, and close ratios. Partner with Marketing to implement sales campaigns and issue marketing materials. Proactively maintain contacts within Salesforce CRM Qualifications What We Expect from you: Bachelors degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Economics, Health Care, or business related field. Strong functional knowledge base of self-funded products. Strong network of brokers within the self-funded, healthcare space. Proven track record of successful sales results. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Salesforce CRM experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Opportunity Details: Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $90,000-$130,00* * Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
