Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President, Sales (RVP) to lead and achieve sales revenue targets in a designated geographic area. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving the performance of District Sales Managers (DSM) and Independent Sales Agents (ISA), fostering a high-performing sales team, and ensuring alignment with corporate values. As the RVP, you will serve as a liaison across multiple departments - Sales Operations, Marketing, Medical Education, Customer Service, and Human Resources to achieve both short-term and long-term sales profitability. What you will bring to the role: Leadership: Build a Culture - Instill accountability, teamwork, empowerment, and performance-based management practices. Team Development - Coach, motivate, and provide feedback to DSMs and ISAs to achieve sales results. Engagement - Ensure DSM and ISA collaboration for robust customer pipelines through surgeon webinars, lab attendance, and other activities. Compliance - Uphold the company's values and policies, such as adherence to the AdvaMed Code of Ethics. Revenue and Results: Achieve Sales Goals - Accountable for meeting sales revenue targets in the region. Budget Management - Operate within the area's expense budget while adhering to company policies. Training - Provide training for ISAs and sales teams, including technical product knowledge and effective selling practices. Gap Management - Develop and execute action plans where sales performance is below quota. Strategy: Forecast and Analysis - Deliver monthly field forecasts by ISA/Territory and region. Analyze data to inform actionable strategies and presentations. Product Approvals - Collaborate with ISAs, DSMs, and national accounts to secure product approvals at healthcare facilities. Pricing Strategy - Lead IDN/ASC pricing strategies to align internal and external stakeholders. Business Development - Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies for business and product growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required. Master's degree in business (or similar) is preferred. Alternatively, 3+ years of successful medical device sales plus 2+ years of director level (or above) sales management experience, with demonstrated progressive levels of accomplishment and quota achievement. Experience in foot and ankle and/or extremity orthopedics is preferred. Why Join Us?
