Description

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Vice President, located in Orlando, FL. The Regional Vice President will oversee operations and strategic initiatives within their assigned region, ensuring the execution of company objectives and growth strategies. Key responsibilities include managing regional budgets, leading and mentoring district managers, optimizing operational efficiencies, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. This role will require collaboration with various departments to drive performance and achieve financial targets.
This position earns an annual salary starting from $130,000 - $160,000 based on experience and is bonus-eligible. We provide excellent employer-paid benefits where the company covers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer 401(k) with company match, unlimited paid time off (PTO), and sick time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing staff
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience in operations management in the self-storage industry
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using management software and tools
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ Years of experience in the self-storage industry with a proven track record of executive field leadership experience is required
  • 5+ years of working with 3rd party property management clients.
  • A proven track record of acquiring PMA’s (Property Management Agreements) with a proven track record of excellence in retaining PMA client relationships
    Experience with sales and collections will be beneficial in this role. You should also have experience with CRM software. Any self-storage or commercial retail background is a plus.
