What You’ll Get to Do As Vice President, Regional Sales, you will be a key member of the CRL leadership team, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and leading a high-performing, customer-focused sales organization. You’ll shape strategy, inspire teams, and deliver impactful solutions that strengthen our market position. Job responsibilities include: Lead the development and execution of regional sales and channel strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals Align sales objectives with broader business strategy through forecasting, planning, and budgeting Build and maintain annual segment plans to acquire new customers, grow market share, and expand into new markets Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to align priorities, campaigns, and resources Design and optimize sales structures including territories, roles, quotas, and incentive programs Use data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities Establish pricing strategies, controls, and reporting to maximize portfolio value Oversee sales operations, KPIs, and performance management systems Strengthen pipeline management and forecasting to ensure consistent revenue generation Collaborate with leadership on SIOP planning and demand forecasting Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer experience Champion organizational agility, continuous improvement, and change initiatives Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth What We Are Looking For We’re seeking a strategic, inclusive leader who brings both vision and execution, someone who can inspire teams, elevate performance, and put the customer at the center of everything.
