Regional Visual Merchandiser

This role covers East Anglia with regular travel to Norwich, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.

Do you have strong creative and analytical skills?
As a Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will be travelling across several stores to carry out visual merchandising activities including window displays, mannequin styling, and layout planning. You will play an essential part in optimising product presentation and enhancing customer flow.

Daily duties will include:

• Following pre-planned agendas and aligning with store prioritisation strategies
• Identifying commercial and visual opportunities, providing feedback to stores
• Contributing to the development of the regional visual merchandising strategy
• Identifying store focus and supporting seasonal layout planning
• Coaching and upskilling store teams through workshops and hands-on training
• Playing a key role in planning and executing new store openings

Required skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar visual merchandising role or store management position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organised individual
