REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of teaching experience; 3+ years of principal experience
  • Proven track record of achieving success and leading other leaders

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: masters degree in Educational Leadership and/or Administration or related

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires region-wide travel

Responsibilities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly coach and manage principals and regional direct reports

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Support Academic Excellence: Implement and manage curricula, programs, strategies, and interventions to achieve academic gains and meet district goals.
  • Develop and Retain School Leadership: Develop principals into transformational leaders skilled to hire and retain top performers while building a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Oversee School Culture and Operations: Execute regional culture vision with school and district leaders, ensuring a college-bound culture with clear expectations for all students. Create a safe and joyful learning environment for all.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze all relevant data associated with students, staff, and families to identify trends and develop strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with HQ partners to ensure campuses meet goals.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that schools have efficient processes to have safe, well-run schools and meet compliance standards aligned to IDEA, state, and federal policies.
