As a Regional Vice President of Wellness, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a diverse set of responsibilities, including: Draft quality assurance policies and procedures for review and approval. Review and update policies and procedures. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality assurance systems. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigate complaints and incidents. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the quality assurance system. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality assurance activities. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality assurance standards. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions. Monitor risk management activities. Ensure ongoing compliance with quality assurance and industry regulatory requirements. Contribute to the Monthly Wellness Call. Uphold The Blake Core Values. Extensive travel required as directed by the VPW and other senior corporate officers. Requirements Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Must meet all state specific and federal regulations Experience in business management Leadership experience in the Health Care industry Experience working with geriatric population LPN Certification CPR Certification First Aid Certification Standard Precautions Certification Graduate of an accredited nursing college or university Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing Must maintain a Compact License
