Responsibilities

As Regional VP Sales, you will lead and expand our sales operations across the DACH, Eastern Europe, and Nordic regions. Reporting directly to the CSMO, you will play a pivotal role in executing corporate strategy, guiding sales teams, and driving revenue growth, all while promoting collaboration and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring long-term growth and market leadership in the assigned regions.
  • Leadership of Sales Leaders: Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of Sales Directors, ensuring their goals and strategies are aligned with the company’s objectives. Act as a mentor and coach to these sales leaders to enhance their leadership and sales capabilities.
  • Partner Engagement: Provide strategic support in high-value negotiations with key partners and customers, building lasting relationships.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor goals and KPIs, report results, and foster a data-driven sales culture.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to identify and develop new opportunities, driving annual sales growth and strengthening market presence.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate sales processes to enhance efficiency and drive regional excellence.
  • Representation: Represent DocuWare at trade fairs and events, strengthening our market presence.
  • Travel: High willingness to travel across the regions.
