POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Warehouse Manager is a leadership position covering multiple warehouse locations. The Regional Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall safety, quality, efficiency, inventory accuracy and adherence to all standard operating procedures pertaining to the warehouse teams. The Regional Warehouse Manager is responsible for organizing, motivating, and leading teams to deliver against key performance indicators. The Regional Warehouse Manager is accountable for driving financial performance, efficiency in multiple office locations and effectively partnering with the Inventory team to ensure accuracy and on time delivery of equipment.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate or GED
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years Warehouse Management experience
- 1+ years solar experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Operationally focused; detailed oriented but able to grasp big picture
- Excellent people skills, able to manage, motivate and discipline if necessary
- Excellent skills with MS Excel, MS Word and project management tools
- Familiarity with IMS systems (Fishbowl) is a plus
- Strong work ethic, analytical, understands how to manage people effectively and leads by example
- High Level of risk analysis, critical thinking and the ability to provide solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid state’s driver license and a clean driving record
