Job Description Based onsite in our Dallas office, as the Regional Workplace Support Manager, you will be accountable for all of Third Bridge’s US, UK & EU offices. You will assist in managing the Workplace Support teams and aid the Head of Property in overseeing the budget for all real estate-related expenditure. You will also partner with other teams and stakeholders around office moves and flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities Manage the US, UK & EU Office Management teams (a collective team of 6) Oversee the budget for all real estate-related expenditures in the US, UK & EU Alongside the Head of Property, assist with the real estate portfolio (relevant to your regions), flagging and advising on actions as required and in good time (i.e. lease disposal, lease acquisition, rent renewals, etc.) Engage with internal stakeholders and management Work on change management initiatives, with support from HR and the internal communications team Assist the Head of Property with office moves and fit-outs Facilitate flexible working arrangements, liaising with the Technology team and Workplace Support team to ensure that all employees have the appropriate home setup and equipment. Alongside the Head of Property, assist with identifying and managing operational risks, not limited to real estate risk (working in conjunction with the legal department) Ensure all legislative requirements are met Working with the Head of Property to ensure all health and safety requirements are met Managing relationships with third-party vendors whilst employees are travelling on company business Oversee new joiner experience from a facilities and culture perspective Travel as required (when permitted) to progress real estate initiatives in the US, UK & EU offices Assist the Head of Property in the implementation of all health and safety procedures as per company policy Qualifications Strong stakeholder management skills Strong experience in team management Experience of new region openings Experience around office moves and setting up new offices in new regions would be beneficial Proven experience in managing external/third-party partners in property maintenance Proven people leadership skills in a virtual office environment Strong negotiation skills Additional Information Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and commission structure.
