Job Description Lead and scale marketing channels efficiency for specific brand & geo - "budget management"; Form, develop and execute marketing strategy for a specific brand to drive efficiency and scalability in marketing campaigns and initiatives; Collaborate with the Hub leadership team to define high- and mid-level goals, objectives, and KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives; Oversee the planning, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels; Utilise data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation, and make data-driven recommendations for improving overall marketing; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both - internal and external marketing and technical teams, partners, etc.; Establish and maintain marketing performance metrics and dashboards, providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders; Continuously evaluate and optimise marketing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations, recommending innovative solutions to drive growth. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Lead or Head of Marketing / Affiliate/ Media Buying / Brand Awareness in iGaming ; Deep knowledge of marketing sources, funnels and how each of them performs; Strong understanding of audience behaviour and iGaming specifics; Proven experience in building and managing high-performance teams, as well as working cross-functionally with other departments; Data-driven mindset with solid budgeting skills, performance analysis capabilities, and ROI-focused decision making.
