About the role Our Graduate Program provides experienced based learning, mentor and peer support, and networking opportunities. Over a three-year period, graduates will undertake timed rotations across the business, gaining a detailed understanding of the electricity distribution system, while consolidating their university education. Our program provides participants with a full-time position at Essential Energy, with the initial three years designed to help the transition from university to the workforce.
