(Terms and eligibility apply.)   Position – Registered Nurse (RN)  Location: Retirement Ranches, Inc. – Clovis, NM (On-site)  Status: Full-Time  Schedule: Days | NOCs _____________________________________________________________________ Job Summary:  A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsible party and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN plans, supervises and evaluates care of each patient/resident. The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.  _____________________________________________________________________ Compensation:  * $40.00 – $46.90 per hour dependent on experience  * PLUS $1.00 per hour Evening/Nights and $1.50 per hour Weekend shift differentials   Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for eligible new-hire RNs.
