This role will allow you to make a real difference for patients undergoing total joint replacements, upper and lower limb procedures, and spinal surgery.   About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting. Your excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and passion for client care will assist in providing a high standard of customer focused service, in line with Ramsay’s core values. You will also bring: * Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse * Enrolled Nurses must be IV Qualified and medication endorsed * Minimum 12 months’ post-graduate experience working in an acute setting (surgical or orthopaedic experience preferred but not essential) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster     What’s in it for you?
