THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse or Enrolled nurse with a background Theatre? Pindara Private Hospital is currently seeking a skilled Scrub/Scout Nurses to join our vibrant Theatre team on a permanent part-time basis.
This is your opportunity to work across a variety of surgical specialties including Plastics, Urology, orthopaedics and ENT, within a modern, well-equipped theatre environment. You will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient surgical outcomes while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Current registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
• A minimum of 12 months theatre experience (either scrub/scout or anaesthetics).
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the care needs of patients.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic clinical setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.

• Proven clinical experience as a scrub/scout nurse or anaesthetics.
• A strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
