Job Description
Senior Architect – Pathway to Associate / Director
As a Senior Architect, you will lead design projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You’ll lead a team preparing planning applications, oversee construction detailing, site inspections ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations.
This role offers a clear pathway to Associate / Director, where you’ll contribute to strategic planning, business development, and mentoring junior staff / building your own team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ post-qualification experience in architectural practice
• Proven experience leading residential and commercial projects within the Irish Market
• Strong understanding of Irish planning and building regulations
• Excellent design, technical, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Software’s, AutoCAD and Revit along with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Driving licence and own transport essential
• RIAI registration is essential
