About the Role As an RBT at Blue Bird Day, you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing individualized therapy Collecting data on programming Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborating daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive Hourly Rate: $20-23/hour Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm Location: 1233 W.
