McClintock Dr. Tempe, AZ 85282 BehaviorCareTherapy is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, infants and their families in Arizona. We have officially opened our first center and are looking for passionate and dedicated RBT’s to help us continue to grow our inaugural center and beyond. Position Summary: Join our passionate team dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our brand-new clinic, you’ll work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by our amazing BCBAs to help them achieve their fullest potential. In this full-time role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support children in a structured, clinic-based environment, collaborating closely with a team of experienced BCBAs and clinical supervisors who are invested in your growth. We’re looking for dedicated RBTs who are excited to bring energy, compassion, and commitment to our new center, where you can make a meaningful difference every day! \n Responsibilities as an In Center RBT: Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in our in-center setting Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child Properly notate data collected within Central Reach, our data collection platform Administrative duties that the center may need – Sign in sheets, incident reporting, etc. Creating and organizing stimuli for sessions being conducted in the center Cleaning and sanitization within the center to ensure a healthy environment for staff and kiddos Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client What you need: Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have) A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges Willingness to learn and receive feedback on a daily basis on performance Bilingual skills a plus but not required Must have own reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive promptly to the center for your scheduled shift Background check Available for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday Benefits: Hourly Pay: $21 - $28 per hour Working in a brand-new location! Potential compensation increases every 6 months Full time position with guaranteed pay and hours (38 to 40 hours per week) Ability to earn unrestricted and restricted hours toward BCBA certification! 12 Paid Holidays, 10 PTO Days, and 5 Sick Days In person BCBA and operational support Mentorship from a BCBA-D Professional development, trainings and ongoing supervision Be surrounded by supportive and experienced supervisors and clinicians Bonus Potential every Quarter based on certain KPI’s Growth potentials for new roles as we grow!
