Day to day as a Registered Behavior Technician - Clinic Based As a Registered Behavior Technician at our clinic in Lakewood, CO, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA Therapy programs to our clients. Working closely under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide intensive behavioral support with uninterrupted treatment sessions. Your dedication to attending training sessions and maintaining open communication with the BCBA will ensure the effectiveness of your supervision. By diligently following our billing practices, collecting session data, and creating detailed session notes, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of therapy services to our clients. Are you a good fit for this Registered Behavior Technician - Clinic Based job? To excel in this role as a Registered Behavior Technician at our Lakewood, CO clinic, you will need to possess essential skills and qualifications. These include: High school diploma (or equivalent) and current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with good standing. Minimum 2 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis or with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook Experience working with children preferred Comfortable working in a clinic setting. Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Should be familiar with interventions and teaching procedures based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) such as Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Should be comfortable receiving and applying feedback from the clinic behavior analyst on a regular basis. Ability to sit on floor, run and move up and down stairs.
