A Behavior Coach—also known as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT)—is a trained professional who works 1-on-1 with children diagnosed with autism to help them build essential life skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors. Behavior Coaches follow personalized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create lasting, meaningful change in a child’s life. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role that lets you make a real difference every day!
Schedule: Flexible — part-time opportunities available (10–20 hours/week)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or center-based settings
  • Implement treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA
  • Adapt interventions based on client needs and progress
  • Accurately collect and record session data using a provided tablet
  • Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
  • Travel to client locations within LA and Orange County
