Position Overview We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to children in the Cedar Hill, TX area. This position is ideal for an RBT who values meaningful work, strong clinical support, and clear expectations. You will receive ongoing supervision and training from our experienced clinical leadership team. Cases and hours are assigned based on availability and location, with the goal of providing consistent scheduling whenever possible. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction Provide direct ABA therapy in-home and/or community settings (based on assignment) Collect accurate session data and document progress Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers Maintain professionalism and follow agency policies Follow all HIPAA confidentiality requirements Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sessions Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow treatment plans consistently and accurately Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care What We Offer Competitive W-2 hourly pay: $22–$28/hour Ongoing supervision and professional support Flexible scheduling options Supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and skill development
