JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in supporting clients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life through effective behavioral therapy techniques.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods is essential.
  • Understanding of care plans and the ability to assist in their implementation.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management.
  • Experience working with children is highly desirable.
