Description Job Details Full-time In-Clinic 1:1 Aid for a child diagnosed with autism Jacksonville, FL (May 2025 – December 2025) & Park City, Utah (January 2026– April 2026) Job Details Full-time (In-Clinic 1:1 Aid for a child diagnosed with autism) Location: Jacksonville, FL (Primary location) current- December 2025 & Park City, Utah January 1, 2026-April 30, 2026, (seasonal location) Return to Jacksonville clinic May 2026. Job Summary This is a full-time position providing Applied Behavior Analysis services (ABA therapy) to a child diagnosed with autism. The primary location for these services in Jacksonville will be in the clinic setting until December. Extensive training, supervision, and support will be provided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The primary location for services in Park City, Utah will be in the school setting. These services will consist of promoting inclusion, learning, and socialization with peers in a mainstream educational classroom. An amazing opportunity may be offered to participate in a seasonal assignment in Park City, Utah. The seasonal assignment in Park City will last from January 2026 through April 2026. The goal will be the same to promote inclusion, socialization, and learning within a mainstream educational classroom. All travel expenses will be provided, in addition to private housing, and a vehicle. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) with experience in school settings are preferred. But Reaching Milestones is willing to assist the successful candidate with attaining an RBT certification. The RBT reports to his/her BACB Supervisor and Administrative leadership. This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Essential Daily Duties These duties should be able to be completed with or without reasonable ADA accommodations. • Preparing for patient session including reviewing previous notes/documents • Run skill acquisition programs (including Discrete Trial Instruction and Natural Environment Teaching) and teach a variety of skills using ABA principles • Observe and track behaviors using a variety of data collection methods • Follow individualized behavior plans, including intervening on problem behavior as outlined in beneficiary’s plan • Complete end of session tasks not limited to, rendering time worked, completing ABA session documentation • Learn and use assistive technology and other specialized equipment • Attend and participate in clinic/company meetings, trainings, case reviews, etc. • Assist with parent trainings by modeling ABA techniques Other Duties • Opportunity to attend and participate in community events on weeknights and weekends Services will focus on ABA clinic-based sessions and school support with some community inclusion. Local travel will be required depending on patient need. Physical Demands This is largely an active role. This would require the ability to bend, sit, stand, lift, and walk throughout the day. Lifting requirement range is 5-20 lbs. but may exceed more than 20 lbs. in some cases. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Business hours are 800 am –500 pm. Work schedules may vary depending on location. Requirements Requirements Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred; company sponsored RBT Certification is required prior to working independently with a patient (if not acquired prior) Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s concentration in a social science; experience applying ABA principles; working with children; RBT certification, QASP/BCaBA Certification Knowledge of Computer basics Microsoft Office basics (word, excel, outlook); Applied Behavior Analysis basics and characteristics of autism spectrum disorders is preferred.
