JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and implementing behavioral therapy strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through effective patient care and tailored care plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with medical records management and documentation standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to educate clients on behavioral therapy techniques effectively.
  • A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating patience and understanding in challenging situations.
