JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in supporting the development of essential skills and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

SKILLS

• Strong background in special education or experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and methodologies.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices and maintaining patient care records.
• Ability to develop effective care plans that cater to individual client needs.
• Excellent communication skills for educating clients and families about behavioral strategies.
• Experience working with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
