At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician Student Analyst to join our team in Raleigh, NC. What You’ll Do Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Registered Behavior Technician Student Analyst work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on client's progress, and communicate with client’s families. * *Responsible for implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs utilizing ABA principles, as designed by the BCBA. * *Implements programming in one on one or group settings. * *Collects and records data on-site (within 15m of it occurring) to track client behavior throughout sessions, according to the guidelines provided by their BCBA * *Completes and Submits all required documentation (i.e. timesheets, session notes, session conversions, etc.) in the timeline outline by the BCBA Manager. * *Organizes and creates instructional materials, per the direction and guidelines of the BCBA * *Participates in training related to (ABA) and autism as directed by the BCBA or BCBA Manager, to insure high-quality and individualized service delivery * *Attends Staff meetings, trainings, client team meetings, performance feedback meetings, etc. when scheduled * *Works collaboratively and demonstrates a professional attitude with all team members including but not limited to; BCBA, RBT/AT, client, caregivers, and other professionals and stakeholders to ensure continuity and quality of care for the individual. * *Is receptive and responsive to supervision and feedback regarding job performance, from BCBAs, clinical trainers (i.e. BACB Students and Apprentices), non-clinical supporting staff, and families. * * Is punctual, reliable, and prepared for session (i.e. arriving to the clinic prior to the start of session ,arrives in time to prep for client session, etc.) * *Communicates and receives authorization from the Manager for shift changes or time off per the policy/procedure. * *Regularly checks and responds to messages via Outlook email and Teams messaging * *Uses company issue device for data collection * Provides transportation for a client * *Follows all ESPH procedures as appropriate to position. We require: * High School Diploma or GED is required, college degree is preferred. * Preferred experience in Education, Child Development, Psychology, autism, or Applied Behavior Analysis. * RBT certification is required upon hire, must be active and in good standing, and the certification must be maintained throughout employment * Proven experience working with individuals with autism and their families (preferred). * Strong organization and time management skills. * Ability to work with staff, clients, and stakeholders in a professional and compassionate manner. * Must possess unrestricted, state appropriate driver’s license and current vehicle insurance. * proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn Ready to Apply?
