Description The Arc Western Montana is looking for an energetic and compassionate team member who thrives on building relationships and helping people grow. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities—teaching life skills, celebrating progress, and partnering with families to help clients succeed in everyday life. ABA experience is helpful but not required. We provide full training and certification. What matters most is your ability to communicate, encourage others, and build trust. Requirements What We’re Looking For: ABA experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate. We are especially looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, coworkers and guardians. Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred, or willingness to complete and pass a background check, a 40-hour training program, RBT Competency Assessment, and board examination. Approval paperwork must be submitted to the BACB within 30 days of hire. Paid training is provided if not already certified. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field is preferred Strong understanding of ABA principles, techniques, and data collection methods is preferred Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record Proof of auto liability insurance in accordance with Montana law, and insurability with The Arc Western Montana’s insurer
