We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring RBT to work with a client in a daycare setting in Hallandale Beach.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic RBT with experience in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a strong focus on compassionate care. (Medicaid required)

QUALIFICATIONS

• RBT Board Certification (required)
• Medicaid eligibility (required)
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken & written) — please only apply if you meet this requirement.
• 6+ months of experience preferred (new RBTs start at $22/hour; up to $25 based on experience).
• High energy and ability to engage with children in a daycare environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a daycare setting under BCBA supervision, focusing on ASD, behavior management, and daily needs.
• Use play-based learning to keep sessions engaging.
• Document and graph data, prepare session materials, and monitor progress.
• Write session notes, track progress, and maintain open communication with the clinical team and family.
