NOW HIRING: LICENSED REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) – STEPS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Location: Reisterstown MD / Pikesville MD | In-person role | Pay: $24–$28/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your skills will directly help children and families thrive.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients achieve measurable progress in their developmental and behavioral goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold current RBT certification through the BACB
• Must be licensed as required by the state of Maryland
• Prior experience with ABA, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home, school, and/or clinic settings
• Strong communication and professionalism
