Exploring Minds Mental Health & Autism Services is a growing ABA center dedicated to helping children and youth to develop communication, social, academic, and life skills. We deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy programs and are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA / BCBA) to join our clinical team.

· Conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, Peak, FBAs) to identify client needs.
· Write and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Skill Acquisition Programs.
· Use data and visual analysis to guide clinical decision-making.
· Supervise Instructor Therapists, and placement students.
· Provide parent training sessions and lead caregiver meetings.
· Collaborate with speech therapists, OTs, psychologists, and educators for well-rounded care.
· Ensure clinical documentation meets Ontario standards (PHIPA, PIPEDA, RBA Code of Conduct, BACB Ethics).
· Support staff in managing challenging behaviors and crisis situations.
· Lead clinical team meetings and ensure treatment fidelity.
