Description

Nicholas James Care Homes are looking for an outstanding Registered Home Manager to oversee the management of one of out Residential Homes, which is situated in Hove.
As Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and display first-rate leadership through all aspects of the role.

In this role you will be:

  • Leading, developing, and supervising your team and maintain staffing levels, rotas to provide safe levels of cover at all times.
  • Promoting and establishing a strong culture of health and safety
  • Manage the referral process within the agreed occupancy levels.
  • Assessing and fully managing the risk levels including those posed by clients and ensuring safe and acceptable levels to protect the public, staff and other clients.
  • Ensuring that the delivery of care to individual clients and within the Home is managed safely and to a high quality.
  • complying with CQC guidelines.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, which will be discussed at interview.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
