We are looking for a Care Home Manager who is committed to providing high quality, person centred care and a ‘home from home’ for our residents.
Northlands Care Home is a dual registered home of 39 beds providing nursing and residential care to older people in Morpeth, Northumberland.
Northlands is part of Parkside Care which is a small, family-owned care home operator based in the North East of England. You will benefit from hands on support and guidance from the group Quality and Compliance Lead as well as the Company Directors. We want someone to join the Northlands family to lead and inspire our dedicated staff team to provide the best possible care for the people who live with us.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and ensuring we are operating in compliance with all Health and Social Care regulations and Local Authority requirements.
