SUMMARY

As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will utilize your management and leadership skills to supervise staff, implement care plans, and foster a supportive environment for both residents and employees. Your experience in assisted and supporting daily living activities with our service users group, Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism and complex need care will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
