OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, including experience in assisted living and nursing home environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to providing high-quality care, and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans for residents, including those with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an assisted living or nursing home setting.
  • Strong background in nursing or senior care, with knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
  • Ability to create and implement detailed care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Familiarity with medication administration regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
  • A compassionate approach to caregiving with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for residents.
